Rekrutacja na program MIRAI 2026/27

Celem programu jest pogłębienie wiedzy uczestników na temat Japonii i jej polityki, promowanie wzajemnego zrozumienia, a tym samym budowanie podstaw przyszłej przyjaźni i współpracy między Japonią a innymi państwami.
 
Program kierowany jest do osób studiujących, które mają ukończone 20 lat (najpóźniej w momencie rozpoczęcia programu) i polega na spotkaniach i zadaniach online, jak również kilkudniowym pobycie w Japonii, podczas którego prowadzone są różnorodne spotkania i projekty w międzynarodowym środowisku (po angielsku).
Wyjazd planowany jest w terminie 2-8 grudnia 2026 r. Osoby studiujące na polskich uczelniach mogą aplikować na jeden z dwóch programów: Diplomacy and Security Policy oraz Economy and Business.

Formularz znajduje się w zakładce „Requirements for Application and Deadline for Application”.

Formularz zgłoszeniowy zostanie automatycznie zamknięty 31 sierpnia o godz. 10:00 rano czasu japońskiego. Oznacza to, że osoby wypełniające formularz w czasie polskim mają czas do 3:00 rano 31 sierpnia.
 
W formularzu aplikacyjnym należy wskazać m.in. poziom znajomości języków, opisać powód aplikacji, plan promocyjny, jak również dołączyć potrzebne dokumenty. W części „Essay” znajduje się podpunkt „Special question of each country”. Dla Polski pytania są następujące.

• Skan paszportu
• Wyciąg ocen ze studiów lub - jedynie w przypadku osób studiujących na pierwszym roku studiów - potwierdzenie statusu studenta oraz wyciąg ocen ze szkoły średniej ocen lub poprzednich studiów
• Aktualne zdjęcie portretowe
• Dokumenty dotyczące warunków wyjazdu oraz przetwarzania danych osobowych (“Letter of Understanding” i “Handling of Personal Information and the General Data Protection Regulation Privacy Policy)

Od osób, które chcą uczestniczyć w programie MIRAI, oczekuje się, że w trakcie pobytu w Japonii aktywnie będą aktywnie dzielić się doświadczeniami z Programu w mediach społecznościowych, a po jego zakończeniu przedstawią raport z realizacji działań utrzymania kontaktu z Japonią, jak również wypełnią ankietę przesłaną przez Organizatorów.
 
Prosimy o zgłaszanie się osób, które dysponują potrzebnymi dokumentami, jak również są gotowe aktywnie uczestniczyć w Programie Mirai oraz władają językiem angielskim na poziomie umożliwiającym rozmowę na poziomie akademickim.  
 
  The aim of the program is to deepen participants' knowledge of Japan and its policies, promote mutual understanding, and thereby build a foundation for future friendship and cooperation between Japan and other countries.
The program is intended for graduate and undergraduate students who are at least 20 years old by the start of the program. It consists of online meetings and assignments, as well as a several-day visit to Japan, during which participants take part in a variety of meetings and projects in an international environment conducted in English.
The study visit to Japan is scheduled for  December 2-8, 2026. Students enrolled at Polish universities may apply for one of the following two tracks:

• Diplomacy and Security Policy
• Economy and Business

The entire application process is conducted online. Applicants are encouraged to carefully review the program details, application procedures, and eligibility criteria. Detailed information and the application form are available on the organizer's website:

The application form will automatically close on 31 August at 10:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST). For applicants in Poland, this means that the deadline is 3:00 a.m. on 31 August.
 
The application form requires candidates to indicate, among other things, their language proficiency, explain their motivation for applying, and upload the required supporting documents. In the “Essay” section, applicants will find a subsection titled “Special Question of Each Country.” For Poland, the question is as follows:
  Required Application Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents:

1. A scanned copy of their passport.
2. An official academic transcript; or, for first-year university students only, proof of student status together with a transcript from secondary school or previous studies.
3. A recent portrait photograph.
4. Documents concerning participation conditions and personal data processing:
   • Letter of Understanding
   • Handling of Personal Information and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Privacy Policy

Participants selected for the MIRAI Program are expected to actively share their experiences from the program on social media during their stay in Japan. After completing the program, participants will also be required to submit a report on their activities related to maintaining ties with Japan and complete a follow-up survey provided by the organizers.
We encourage applications from students who possess all the required documents, are prepared to actively engage in the MIRAI Program, and have a command of English sufficient for academic-level discussion and communication.
